Between them, the three owners bring decades of combined hands-on experience in the concrete, hardscape, sealcoating, and pool industries — including running Capital Land Companies, a premier landscaping, hardscape, and concrete contractor serving Albany and surrounding counties, and Capital Land Pools. Years in the field gave them a deep, practical understanding of the products that make or break a job in this climate.

The Sealer Dispensary was founded to fill a genuine, unmet need in the Capital Region. A local source for professional-grade asphalt sealers, decorative concrete sealers, crack fill materials, additives, and sealcoating equipment — with expert guidance from people who have actually used these products on real jobs in Albany, Schenectady, Saratoga, and beyond.
